RealtyConnect is a conversational property-discovery assistant for Pune and PCMC. It surfaces information about residential projects, builders, and localities, and allows visitors to request a call-back from a human property expert. RealtyConnect is a lead-intake channel; it is not a broker of record for any specific project and does not execute transactions on your behalf.

2. Accuracy of information

Project details, prices, RERA registrations, and other property data shown in this chat are drawn from a mix of sources — builder brochures, public listings, and live web search. We update this regularly but cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Always verify any specific project on the MahaRERA portal (maharera.maharashtra.gov.in) and with the developer before making a financial commitment.

3. Your use of the service

You may chat with the assistant freely; no account is required for browsing.
If you submit contact details via our lead form, you are consenting to a call-back from our team. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
You agree not to use the service to send abusive, unlawful, or spam content, or to attempt to probe, exploit, or disrupt the underlying infrastructure.

4. No warranty of outcomes

Any investment, tax, legal, or market opinion the assistant offers is general in nature and must not be treated as professional advice. Property decisions should be made after consultation with a qualified advocate, tax professional, or RERA-registered real-estate agent. RealtyConnect, its operators, and its agents accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of chat output.

5. Intellectual property

The RealtyConnect name, brand marks, and interface design are the property of the operating entity. Third-party project names, builder names, logos, and photographs are the intellectual property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and informational purposes only.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of RealtyConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
