About RealtyConnect
RealtyConnect is a conversational property-discovery assistant for homebuyers in Pune and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area. We help you find projects that match your budget, locality, and builder preferences, explain area-specific context (schools, connectivity, infrastructure), and connect you with a human property expert when you are ready to schedule a site visit.
What we do
- Chat-based search across residential projects in Pune/PCMC, in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Area guides sourced from our curated knowledge base — connectivity, social infrastructure, price trends.
- RERA-aware answers — where a project has a RERA registration on record, we surface the number as a starting point. Always re-verify on the MahaRERA portal before committing any money.
- Site-visit scheduling — submit a quick form and a human expert calls you back.
What we do not do
- We are not a broker of record for any individual project.
- We do not handle payments, bookings, or registrations.
- We do not give tax, legal, or investment advice.

RealtyConnect is not a broker of record for any individual project and does not execute transactions on your behalf. Where a project has a MahaRERA registration, we surface the number as a convenience — you are expected to re-verify it on the MahaRERA portal before any financial commitment.

Grievance Officer (DPDP Act, 2023)
In compliance with Section 8(9) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the operator designates a Grievance Officer to receive data-rights requests (access, correction, erasure, nomination) and complaints about how personal data is processed.
- Email: operations@pinaka.digital (subject line: "DPDP request — RealtyConnect"). Acknowledgements within 72 hours, working days.
- Alternate intake: the lead form on the main chat — select "Callback" and mention "privacy request" in the message.
- Escalation: if you are unsatisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Verifying a project
Before making any financial commitment, verify the project on the MahaRERA portal: maharera.maharashtra.gov.in/projects-search-result. Any RERA number shown in chat is drawn from third-party data and must be independently corroborated by you and your legal advisor.
